Abstract

To study a new process of lowering the content of lincomycin-B component with dilute hydrochloric acid.In the constant temperature and in the fou rstage extraction, experiments showed that the concentration of hydrochloric acid influenced the content of lincomycin- B component, and the optimum concen-tration of hydrochloric acid was 0.07%,and the ratio of hydrochloric acid volume to feed in volume was 2 to 1.
