Study on the Control Effect of Trichoderma Preparation Against Watermelon Fusarium Wilt in the Field

Abstract

Using three different biocontrol Trichoderma strains,fermented strains and manufacture Trichoderma preparation against on Fusarium wilt of watermelon were prevented in the field.The results showed that the control effect of Trichoderma preparation T1,T2 and T3 for watermelon Fusarium wilt was significant and could get up to between 71.4% and 85.4%,increase production effect was 16.07%~24.70%,Conclusively,the control effect and the stimulation effect of Trichoderma preparation T1 and T3 were best and could promote growth of watermelon.
