Abstract
With the development of state's emissions regulations for heavy vehicles and expansion of weichai stage III diesel engines,vehicle plants need to modify the engine ECU data,flash ECU,and diagnois at end of line.In this paper,based on the characteristics of electronic controled diesel engine,combined with the principle of ECU data flashing and fault diagnosis,we design a convenient and practical system of the commercial vehicle end of line detection system.The system can be extended to all major OEMs and Weichai offices on the vehicle OEMs to provide a reliable fast-switching guarantee.
