Abstract

Objective:To investigate influence of Dihuangyinzi on learning and memory and AChE,ChAT of Hippocampal in chronic cerebral hypoperfusion rats.Method:Using the model of chronic cerebral ischemia by two-vessel occlusion,Learning and memory memory improvement was measured by Morris water maze test in rats of chronic cerebral hypoperfusion of Dihuangyinzi,and AChE,ChAT content were measured in hippocampus of rats.Result:Compared with the control group,Morris water maze test,Dihuangyinzi group escape latency Shortened,the number of cross platform increased,AChE and ChAT Content in the hippocampus were significantly increased.Conclusion:Dihuangyinzi can improve learning and memory function in rats of chronic cerebral hypoperfusion,which may protect the cholinergic system.
