China's Administrative Planning Under Conditions of Socialist Market Economy: Theory and Principle

The lack or insufficiency of administrative planning in line with the inherent logic of socialist market economy leads to the enormous inertia of original planned economic system.Study of administrative planning under the conditions of socialist market economy and protection of corresponding rights and interests is in agreement with the development of practice and theory of China's administration,from which it is concluded that the planning in China's socialist market economy the origin of China's administrative planning theory and that labor's interests is the fundamental principle of China's administrative planning.
