Analysis of Driving Factors of the Changes of Chinese Administrative Division

Using administrative division structure and influence factors data,this paper tests driving factors of Chinese administrative division structure changes.The analysis of administrative division structure reform confirms theoretical hypothesis of administrative division structure reform proposed by Lin Yifu: from system reform path under the action of the induced reform and the mandatory reform,administrative system reform is induced and mandatory.Chinese administrative division reform may be more along the path from the bottom to the top.
