The social management theory of Lao Zi here was a kind of management ideological system.He extended the Tao of nature to the Tao of society under the philosophical guidance of his Tao theory.Lao Zi advocated the harmony and unity of the society in the mode of thinking.And as to the social management,he concentrated on the way of letting things take their own course.Lao Zi wished to govern the country in the way of returning to the original nature.
