Abstract
According to the investigation on the students of logistics management specialty in Qingdao Agricultural University and the employers of local logistics graduates in Qingdao,the problems in current teaching model were analyzed,and some solutions were proposed from the aspects of schools,teachers and students,etc.,so as to promote the development of this specialty.
