Analysis of relationship between economy growth and government expenditure of Hebei Province

Abstract
The relationships between the government expenditure and the economy growth of Hebei Province from 1963 to 2003 were studied by means of co-integration and error correction model.The results show that there is a inter-granger causality relationship between invest and technology development.Economy growth can promote the growth of government expenditure,but the growth rate of economy puts off the growth rate of government expenditure.The results are helpful for the research of the model between government expenditure and economy growth of Hebei Province
