Abstract

This paper introduces the France AMEO 340 thunder detecting alarm system and its managing experience of thunder protecting operation.With the experience,we should enhance the thunder protecting propagandizing,make a detail investigation and evaluation of the thunder disaster,mark out to build a platform which can supervise and forecast the thunder disaster.Finally we make the thunder protecting operation developed with a direction of intensivism.Then we can develop the research of thunder science and technology;build a mechanism about the thunder emergency treatment.
