Abstract
Select three different genotypes of vinegar fly that are Drosophila melanogaster,D.melanogaster-white,D.melanogaster-vestigial.Cut the wing of the D.melanogaster and D.melanogaster-white with different experiments,which are 0/3,1/3,1/2,2/3,1/1,design 39 different types of hybridizing,foster them in the same container with normal temperature,count the next generation.There are some discrimination in different individual with different characters in the generation.Wing is an important part which can attract the opposite sex,the male attract the female by the frequency of vibrating their wings,so,the wing is a key part of vinegar fly to copulation.
