Abstract
Knowledge capital is a special capital form of knowledge economy and it is an inevitable product as the result of the development of society and economy.Knowledge capital will bring about great effects on enterprise structure, management style, marketing logistics, development strategy and so on. So enterprise should effectively manage and control its knowledge capital according to its traits.
