Abstract

Entering in WTO will bring the effects of advantages and disadvantages to Chinese occupational pollution control, ecological environment, environmental protection industry and green barrier. All industry will face to opportunities and challenges. In China the government should control foreign pollution transition and develop environmental protection industry and carry out WTO contentious solving mechanism.
