Abstract
Owing to the practical situation of bidding in Yanshan Reservoir,the paper analysed the role and objective of bidding,proposed some measures and ways for ensuring successful bidding and improving bidding quality,and refered the importance and effects of promptly summarized learned lesson in bidding,which can be referenced for similar projects.
