Abstract

Scientific technology is changing with each passing day, and it has become the main motive force of economic development. In order to meet this great change, times call for management reform, and it has become the necessity of history. We must deal with the problems of enterprise management with new ideas, new behavior, new organization and new aim in modern enterprise management. Only in this way can we catch up with the times and meet the needs of management of the new century.
