A few reflections on philosophy of art

H.R.Trene is a famous specialist on art theory and art criticism in the world.His theory has been contributing to the circles of aesthetics and art criticism.This paper reviews research history of Trene and points out some defects—some overlooks to his art criticism and practices. Art Philosophy was not only interested in the philosophy and history of literary works,but also interested in art methods.He established three principles of art criticism-the extent of importance of characteristics,the extent of helpfulness of characteristics,the extent of concentration of art effects.So,we can practice art criticism according to these rules.It makes us profoundly understand this great scholar of art history and art criticism.\;
