Abstract
In order to further give full rein to railway network in transporting urban passenger flow and to strengthen communication with cities around Shanghai,it is necessary to integrate the resource of rail-transit and railway system in Shanghai to form city rail-transit,intercity and metropolitan rail three rails into one.Thethree rail into oneplan can strengthen intercity rail-transit network connection,increasing their overall function.
