Abstract
Using Coked M-92 Molecular Sieve as catalyst, air and air + water vapor as regeneration gas,the properties of coke and behaviors of coke-burning at different temperature were investigated respectively by means of temperature procedure oxygenation(TPO). And the activities of fresh and regenerated catalysts were tested under defined conditions (T:190℃,WHSV:6h~(-1);benzene/propylene: 17/1). The results showed that the coke deposited on M-92 catalyst was mainly composed of low-temperature coke and high-temperature coke, and 90% of catalyst activities could be restored by the two regeneration scheme. It must be emphasized that n-propylbenzene content in the by-products and diisopropylbenzene from the air regeneration means were both higher than that from fresh catalyst.
