Abstract
Objective To analyze the incidence rate variation of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN)during the years of 2009to 2011in Jintan area. Methods Cervical liquid-based cytology(TCT)examination was performed in 1458 married women aged from 18to 25years old living in Jintan district. The wemen with atypical squamous cells of undetermined significanc(ASCUS)reported by TCT screening were given HPV-DNA tests,of whom the patients with positive ASCUS and lowergrade squamous intraepithelial lesions(LSIL)received colposcopy and cervical biopsy. Results The incidence rates of high-risk cervical disease(HSIL)in the year 2009,2010and 2011were 2.19%,1.60%and 0.24%,respectively.The total incidence rates of CIN were 3.36%,1.89% and 0.79%,respectively,in the three years. Conclusion By cervical cancer screening, the morbidity of CIN has a tendency in the year 2009,2010and 2011,indicating that screening is an effective method to prevent and control cervical cancer.
