Historical orbit and evaluation of external development concept evolution

The paper made an investigation of the four stages of external development concept: development means the development concept of economy;development means the development concept of economic growth plus social changes;development means the development concept of sustained growth;development means the human-centered comprehensive development concept.It pointed out that the scientific development concept draws lessons from the experience of external development concept evolution: growth is not equal to the development;economic growth is not equal to the social progress;development can't violate the principle of human-centered;development can't give up the environment.
