Abstract

With the development of genetically modified food technology, more and more people pay attention to the safety of genetically modified food. The purpose of this paper is how to establish the efficient legal system to reduce the side effect of genetically modified food on consumer's health and environment in China. The best way is to draw up the genetically modified food safety law and uniform the genetically modified food detected criterion.
