Abstract
Objective:To explore the variation of various serum inflammatory factors in chronic renal failure.Methods:68 patients with chronic renal failure in our hospital from October 2008 to December 2010 were selected as research object(observation group),and 68 cases of healthy people at the same time were selected as control group, then the serum TNF-α,CRP,IL-6,IL-8 and IL-10 levels of two groups were detected and compared. Results:The serum TNF-α,CRP,IL-6,IL-8 and IL-10 levels of observation group [(38.76±3.20)pg/ml,(24.78±2.24)mg/L,(86.52±13.25)pg/ml,(102.46±14.50)pg/ml,(79.37±5.26)ng/ml]were all higher than those of control group [(6.57±2.17)pg/ml,(3.49±1.25)mg/L,(11.32±5.98)pg/ml,(24.17± 10.98)pg/ml,(18.14±4.24)ng/ml],and there were all significant differences(all P0.05).The serum TNF-α,CRP,IL-6,IL-8 and IL-10 levels of different stages of the observation group were compared, and there was a significant difference(P0.05).As the increasing of the stage, the expression levels of the factors were increased. Conclusion:The various serum inflam-matory factors in chronic renal failure show higher levels, and it shows positive correlation to disease severity.
