Abstract
[Objective]To estimate the measurement uncertainty in the determination of benzoic acid in soft drinks by HPLC. [Methods]HPLC was applied to determine the concentration of benzoic acid in soft drinks, establish a mathematic model and analyze the source of the uncertainty.[ Results]Each components of uncertainty was estimated by analyzing the various variable parameters among the procedures; the combined uncertainty was then finally obtained by synthesizing the uncertainties of various component variables. [Conclusion] This mathematic model is reasonable and reliable.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
