Abstract

Dataflow architectures are widely used in hardware im pl ementations of data stream signal processing algorithms.By modeling dataflow arc hitectures using Petri Nets, each hardware-processing element can be dynamically simulated under different input data rates and the optimal design parameters of dataflow architectures can be determined.
