Abstract

The current situation, development experience and characteristic of processing industry of agricultural products in developed country, China, and Shandong Province, Guangdong Province, Taiwan Province of China were discussed. The main achievement and existing probrems of processing industry of agricultural products in Fujian Province were analyzsed. And the strategy to accelerate the development of processing industry of agricultural products in Fujian Province were put forward.
