Abstract
Owning to enforcing the bill of quantities figure mode,it is necessary that engineering cost management mode of enterprise owning bidding and market competition forming cost is pushed,the figure mode needs the more timely material price,However,being hysteresis quality in issueing material price ,it doesn't cater for engineering bidding. The paper builds the model of GM(1,1)to predict the material price of intending few month by using the grey system theory basic on foregone material price,which provide instructional,referenced material price and knight service for construction key body,meet to practical needas.
