Legislative Defect of Venture Capital and Its Improvement

Venture capital as a special activity in financing and investment needs to be adjusted and regulated by relevant laws and regulations. However, due to the less sound legal system, contents of current laws and regulations such as the Company Law, Partnership Law have restricted the development of venture capital industry. Therefore, we should improve these laws and establish a set of law and policy system for ensuring a health development of venture capital, while stipulating Venture Capital Law.
