Analysis of the clinical effect of furosemide and dopamine continued venous pumping in treatment of 65 cases of heart failure

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of furosemide and dopamine continued venous pumping in treatment of heart failure.Methods 129 cases of patients with heart failure in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,the 64 cases of control group were given conventional treatment,the 65 cases of experimental group were treated with furosemide and dopamine intravenous therapy on the basis of the conventional treatment,the treatment effects of two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group and control group was 93.85% and 73.44% respectively,the difference of two groups was statistically significant(P0.05);after treatment,heart function grading,LVEF and LVEDD,LVESD of experimental group was improved more obviously,compared with control group,the difference was statistically significant(P0.01).Conclusion Effect of furosemide combined with dopamine intravenous in treatment of heart failure can is ideal,heart function classification,LVEF,LVESD and LVEDD of the patients are improved significantly,it is worthy of promotion.
