On the Integration of Vocational College Ideological and Political Education and Employment Education

Higher vocational education is an important part of higher education,vocational colleges carrying the versatile talents of highly skilled task of the need for production,construction,service and management first-line-oriented social output.At present,most of our vocational colleges adhere to the employment-oriented throughout the main line of professional skills education based personnel training,and the importance of students' ideological and political education in recession.This paper on the status quo of China's vocational colleges educating people,to explore the relationship between vocational colleges ideological and political education and employment education,explore the organic combination of the two.
