Abstract
After selection,13 strain Bacillus licheniformis with high protease activity were obtained from the sea water and sediments of the aquaculture systems and the natural sea area in Wenchang and Haikou,Hainan province, which were identified to be the wild tropic strains of Bacillus licheniformis by morphological analysis, physiological and biochemical analysis and 16S rDNA sequencing.
