Relationship between Internode Character and Regeneration Rate in Rice

Abstract
Several rice varieties(combinations) are experimented to investigate effects of the internode characters on the regeneration rate.The results show that there are the significant positive correlation between the last fifth internode length and regeneration rate,and the ratio of the last fifth internode length to total stem length and regeneration rate.There is the significant positive correlation between the last first and second internode diameter and regeneration rate.There is the significant negative correlation between the vascular bundle number in the last internode and regeneration rate,and the less the vascular bundle number in the last fourth internode is,the higher the regeneration rate is.
