Abstract

A method of determination of Si,Co,P,Mn,Cr in Ni-Fe alloy was studied in this paper using ICP-AES technique. The effects of the base of nickel and iron on the element intensity were investigated, and matrix matching was proposed to use for eliminating these effects. The measurement conditions were optimized based on the ratio of S/B and intensity. The working curves were made by muticomponent standard solution. The detection limits of the method were determined. It was shown that this analysis method is rapid and accurate.
