Abstract
The experimental method for indirectly measuring liquid component saturated vapour pressure of natural product was designed based on thermodynamics theory of phase equilibrium system in physical chemistry.The vapor-liquid equilibrium data at different pressure of high concentration natural product solution were measured by the modified Ellis or Rose still,and the saturated vapour pressures at different temperatures were calculated,then the relationship between saturated vapor pressure and temperature was obtained after A,B and C of Antoine equation were regressed.The saturated vapor pressures of pinane,p-menthane and longifolene were obtained and the results agreed well with the data in the literature.It provided a convenient experimental method to measure and correlate liquid component saturated vapour pressure of natural product.
