Abstract
The contents of 10 elements(K,Na,Ca,Mg,Cu,Fe,Mn,Zn,Pb,Cd) in male flower of Eucommia ulmoides were analyzed by atomic adsorption spectrophotometry with HNO3-HClO4 digesting system under normal temperature and pressure, and the selection for optimal analyzing conditions and precision, accuracy of proposed method were conducted. The co-relationship coefficient was 0.999,relative standard deviation was 0.95%~6.25%(n=8),and added standard recovery was 90.0%~102.0%.The results indicated that K,Ca,Cu,Fe,and Mn were rich in the flower and Zn was very low.It was also discovered that the ratios of K/Na and Cu/Zn were high.
