Abstract

The process and key technical parameters of enhanced coagulation-enhanced hydrolytic acidification-SBR process which is used to treat the effluent from washing /screening /bleaching of wheat pulp mill is presented. The process can effectively remove CODCr and color from the effluent. The CODCr and color can be reduced from 1600~2300 mg/L and 500~600 times to 130~150 mg/L and less than 50 times respectively after the treatment, which achieves the requirements of discharge standards of water pollutant for Pulp and paper industry (GB3544—2008).
