Therapeutic effect analysis about 30 cases of minimally invasive surgical treatment with celiac non-open of pediatric congenital megacolon

Objective To investigate the non-abdominal minimally invasive transanal congenital Hirschsprung's disease indications,treatment,clinical efficacy.Methods 30 cases in this group are used by the muscle of intrathecal anorectal mucosal lesions removed,retained rectal muscle sheath around 6cm along the colon wall treatment of mesenteric blood vessels,normal colon pulled out above the anastomosis in the dentate.Results 30 children were cured surgically,follow up year,the results were satisfactory.Conclusion The conclusion is minimally invasive abdominal anus Hirschsprung's disease after surgery is simple,less trauma,less bleeding,rapid postoperative recovery with few complications with high availability and security worthy of popularization.
