A Research on College Students' Anxiety in Social Activities and Their Internet Addiction

Abstract

The research has been conducted with a sample of 438 college students from Shandong Province,taking questionnaire as the researching method to examine the relationship between Internet addiction and anxiety in social activities among college students.The results are as follows:(1) Sex and major have significant effect on Internet addiction,while grade and major obviously work on each other;(2) Grade and major have significant effect on college students' anxiety in social activities;(3) the students' anxiety is greatly and positively related to their Internet addiction.
