Abstract

As a probe into the features of equipment bidding and purchasing in colleges and universities,this paper researched into the rules in the bidding and purchasing procedure.In addition,it summed up some experience in consummating the regulation mechanism,improving the overall abilities of procurement team,enhancing the government purchasing regulations,etc.providing references for the impartial,fair and open equipment bidding and purchasing in colleges and universities.
