Abstract

Zhang Heling's officer career had run smoothly.However,after the Hundred Days' Reform,neglecting his own saftey,he began to write works and elaborated the political ideas of Yan Fu,Kang Youwei,Tan Sitong and so on.These ideas fully show us the thoughts of warriors.Besides,his thoughts have his personal characteristics.
