The Forestry Law of Sui Dynasty,Tang Dynasty and Five Dynasties

The decree is the basic style of law and forestry law in stock of Sui Dynasty.The regulation,such as relaxing of prohibition of cutting down trees in mountain,average distributing land,awarding planting trees along the canal generously,are conveyed by decree.Law,decree,standard,mode,imperial order are existing simultaneously in Tang Dynasty.Many articles related to forestry,but the regulation on the planting trees accompanied by land ystem,is different notably in earlier stage and later stage of Tang Dynasty,because of the changing of land system.The Five Dynasties and Ten Countries followed the forestry law of late Tang Dynasty.but there is some characters worth to pay attention to,such as the later Zhou Dynasty,the South Dynasty,and the North Dynasty regard forestry as the necessaries of survival and development,and some regulation of them were superior to early dynasty.
