Research and practice on experimental teaching reform based on the cultivation of innovative applied talents

Based on the real situation of experimental teaching center of Guangdong University of Technology and the new requirement of the Chinese Ministry of Education and Guangdong Province on the cultivation of talents in economics and management specialties,this paper further emphasizes on the cultivation of innovative,applied and multiple talents.During the talent cultivating progress,some measures,i.e.building advanced educational ideals and teaching idea,establishing experimental teaching system that meets the requirement of the cultivation of innovative talents,reforming the experimental contents and teaching method and properly structured experimental team and new operation mechanism ensure the implemention of experimental teaching reform,thus promoting the coordinated development of students’knowledge,ability and comprehensive quality and supporting the goal of the cultivation of talents.
