Abstract

Criminal policies are principles adopted by the governing party to combat crimes to prevent crimes, protect society and maintain orders. According to the reality of social security and the need to fight against crimes, our country laid down the policy of Severe Punishment.But in the implementation of the policy,we must be in accordance with the criminal laws , and have a perfect command of it to achieve the goal of criminal punishment.
