How to improve maritime safety by implementing maritime safety standard in China

This paper is a study of different stakeholders in concern,which are necessary to implement international maritime safety standards in china,and a conclusion are produced that the effective way to implement the maritime safety standards effectively is that the legislation organization must introduce the international maritime safety standards into domestic legislation,administration must strengthen the supervision,classification society must strength the survey and certification and shipowner must strength the management on ships and crew and establish the well-structured management system,by this mean,a safe and environmental soundly marine system can be established.
