Reform and Implementation of the Teaching System for Cultivation of Application-oriented Communication Talents

Practice teaching system is an integral part of the cultivation of application-oriented talents.A reasonable practical teaching system ensures the cultivation of application-oriented talents.The strengthening of practice teaching is the manifestation of the characteristics of application-oriented majors.This paper discusses the reform and the achievements in the strengthening of students' practical ability.In view of the orientation of the major,the content of practice teaching was optimized,a practice platform was constructed,a variety of practice approaches were experimented,and the aim of practice teaching was clarified.The innovation of practice teaching mode,the integration of experimental platform,the exploration of practice teaching forms,and the combination of practice teaching with student employment can strengthen the effectiveness of practice teaching.This helps to format the new practice teaching system.Practice shows that remarkable results have been achieved in the various aspect of practice teaching and professional certification.
