Abstract
Software test plays a very important role in software engineering, which is a significant part to assure the quality of software. The measurement of software test process is important for improving efficiency of software test. It is analysis on software test process with quantity. The paper discussed the process of measurement of software test, important indexes in measurement of software test and analysis method on the indexes, which have practical significant for guiding and improving the process of software test.
