Abstract
To observe the clinical effects of “Wuteng Capsule” in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis, 82 cases were randomized into two groups: treatment group in which 43 cases were treated by the Capsule and control group in which 39 cases were treated by leigongtengduodaipian, both with a course of 2 months. The clinical symptoms, ESR, RF, C-reactive protein, C 3 and blood rheology were observed. Results: The total effective rate was 90.0% in treatment group and 74.4% in control group, P0.05; the clinical symptoms improved better in treatment group than in control group (P0.01, P0.05).
