Abstract
With Jinlu 2 as test material,a pot experiment was conducted to study the effects of treatment of single heavy metal(Hg2+,Cr3+,Pb2+)on the photosynthesis of mung bean in podding period. The result showed, compared with CK,the chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,chlorophyll a to chlorophyll b,net photosynthesis rate, transpiration rate, stomatal conductance and intercellular CO2 concentration were reduced by different degree with the the increase of concentration of single treatment of Hg2+,Cr3+ and Pb2+.Low concentration Cr3+ and Pb2+ had promoter action on chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,transpiration rate, stomatal conductance and intercellular CO2 concentration. The inhibited effect of Hg2+ on the photosynthesis of mung bean in podding period was the greatest in three heavy metal.
