Abstract
The procedure of extracting fucoidan from kelp has been optimized in this paper, and it's chemical components have been analyzed subsequently. The monosaccharide composition of fucoidan was analyzed by GC,and this polysaccharide is made up of L(-)-Fucose、D-Xylose、D-Mannose、D-Glucose、D-Galactose,and their contents are 40.63 %,2.75 %,25.89 %,22.10 %,8.63 %(quality fraction),respectively. The Dismutation to O2-free radical has also been investigated. The extracting fucoidan showed a distinct O2-·scavenging effect.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
