Abstract
Monthly precipitation data of 84 stations over Qinghai-Xizang Plateau from 1950's to 2001 are analyzed. The results indicate that precipitation in most parts of Qinghai-Xizang Plateau increases smoothly; the increase of 10\^3% in southern part of the plateau is the biggest figure. The abrupt changes are detected in Qinghai and northwest Sichuan in 1968, 1972 separately.
