On Using Desolate Style in Ancient Landscape Painting and Its Inspiration to Contemporary Chinese Landscape Painting

Abstract

Present Chinese landscape painting seemingly shows diversified development trend,which is a very good sign in the development process of arts.But in the long history of continuous trial and experiment,Chinese landscape painting has never extricated itself from the chaos and impetuousness.Therefore it is necessary to do a further study on this issue in due time.We should review and have a better understanding of Chinese traditional art,so as to have a clearer idea of landscape painting as well as its immanent meaning.
